These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the viptaka 1 platform and its associated services. "Services" refers to this website, the mobile application, and all online gaming and betting activities conducted through viptaka 1.

• A person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be cancelled.
• The user must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• The service may not be used from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on viptaka 1, the user must provide their full name, mobile number, date of birth, and a password. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Source of Funds

The user must confirm that the funds they are using come from a legitimate source. Using funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage, or engaging in any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on viptaka 1 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. This system is impartial and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. It is advisable to check the RTP information for a game before playing.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game. viptaka 1 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a bet or game session is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or any other technical problem, viptaka 1 will make a decision based on the stored log data. In such situations, viptaka 1's decision will be considered final.

6.4 Sports Betting

7.1 Self-Exclusion and Setting Limits

The account holder must ensure that no person under the age of 21 can access their device or account. The account holder bears full responsibility for this.

10.1 Closure by the User

viptaka 1 may immediately close or suspend any account if any clause of these Terms is violated, suspicious activity is detected, or for technical or security reasons.

10.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the actual balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, some or all of the balance may be forfeited.

viptaka 1 will not bear any liability in the following circumstances:

• Any loss caused by a lost internet connection or device-related issues.
• Account information being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial loss due to delays or issues with third-party payment services.
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Expected earnings from gaming or betting not being achieved.

In all circumstances, viptaka 1's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

viptaka 1 may amend these Terms at any time. Notice will be given on this page before any changes take effect. If a user continues to use the services after seeing the updated terms, this will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms have been written in English and this is the sole valid version. If any clause is deemed unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
